		<description>Exactly my feelings on the matter Trey, though I'm critical of all "infallible book is word of god" religions, but I've been prescribed some Jack Daniels for it! 3;-)

		<description>I'd certainly agree with that sort of definition.  In fact, it provides insight into one of the prime reasons I'm critical of Christianity.  Whether a Christian acts, thinks or behaves justly is motivated by either a desire to receive a reward (heaven) or to avoid a sanction (hell).  In the end, from my perspective, a Christian is always acting out of self-interest.  Another way to express this is to say that the pious Christian is motivated by selfishness.

For me, the motivation behind any act is what matters more than the act itself.</description>
