		<description>I think it&#039;s belief that marks the difference.  Religion can&#039;t exist without a system of beliefs, along with a Bible, a Torah, or a Koran to spell it out.  Spirituality, as I see it, is a reverence for the mystery in life without any particular belief to justify or explain it.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m not even certain if I believe in the concept of spirituality (with or without religion) anymore.  For me, spirituality as a separate state of being or self is only possible in a dualistic world and, if one believes we need to transcend dualism, then what we are is what we are...if that makes any sense at all! ; )</description>
