		<description>How we preceive the world affects our ideas and interactions; however, if we have a job to do,with definite guidelines on how to do it, whether we&#039;re pagan, taoist, xian, or otherwise,   won&#039;t interfere
 with doing the work...unless one&#039;s beliefs do not support the work.  If that&#039;s the
case,  perhaps one would be better off finding employment elsewhere.</description>

If a person is a pagan, Taoist, queer, Nazi or vegetarian, this impacts their world view and how they relate.  Mind you, I&#039;m not in favor with corporate Codes of Conduct, but I do, at least, understand where they are coming from.</description>
